The smooth water reactive pigments are ideal for creating brilliant backgrounds, watercolouring, smudge effects and so much more. Colour can be applied directly onto your surface and then blended with water and layered with Distress Inks or Stains for more creative looks. This is a pack of 3 crayons in pearlescent colours.
