Who will we price match?
We will match any independent online retailer based in the UK, where the items are currently in stock.* Please be aware that as we do offer free delivery on certain order values, we will price match taking into account the delivery cost you would have paid from the comparison retailer. We are not able to price match if there is an evident mis-price on the comparison site.
Letting us know you’ve found a cheaper price
All you need to do is click here to email us Give us the web link to the product you’ve found cheaper; if you’ve already placed and paid for your order, please let us have your order number.
We’ll then refund you the difference - it’s that easy!
We would advise that if you do see the product cheaper, you send the details to us as soon as you can. Prices do change and we can only match to the live selling price on the comparison site.
