European Priority Class: From £3.99

        • European Delivery starts at just £3.99 for order values up to £14.99.  Order values of £15.00 and over are charged at £7.99 delivery.  We offer this delivery service to various European Countries.  Orders are typically delivered in 4 to 7 working days and are sent via Royal Mail or ParcelForce.

          We currently ship to the following European Countries:Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.

 

 

Global Priority Class: From £7.99

        • Global Delivery starts at just £7.99. Delivery costs are calculated and provided at checkout stage.  We offer this delivery service to various International Countries.  Orders are typically delivered in 5 to 10 working days and are sent via Royal Mail or ParcelForce.

          We currently ship to the following International Countries:
          Australia, Canada, Faroe Islands, Greenland, Japan, New Zealand, United States

Click, Collect & Craft: FREE!

        • Our unique Click Collect & Craft service is available to any order (unless it contains products which are excluded from the service).  Choose ‘Collect in store’ at checkout to arrange to have your order hand picked and ready for you to collect on an agreed date, up to 28 days in the future during Click & Collect operating times.  Click, Collect & Craft collections are currently only available from our Somerset Based Distribution Unit in the UK.  You must bring a copy of the order confirmation email and the payment card you used to pay with online, to collect your items.  Order before 11pm to arrange to pick your items up the next day our Distribution Centre is open.  Collections start from 11am in the morning.  Please note orders will be sent for picking and packing on receipt of payments.

          So if you're planning a trip to the UK and can't wait until you get home to order from us, place an order to collect and take your crafting goodies back with you!

 

How long before my order arrives?

We will always process your order as quickly as possible. Orders placed by 3pm Monday to Friday will typically be processed the same day. Details of the typical length of time your order will take to arrive with you are detailed in the information above.

What are Pre-Orders?

Craftasmic is often one of the first places you will find some of the very latest exciting new crafting tools, materials and accessories brought to the craft industry.  Because of this we operate a special Pre-order service on selected new items.  New Pre-order products which are on display within our online shop will be easy to find listed within our 'Coming Soon' section. They are clearly listed as 'Pre-order items' and will usually give an approximate date the product will become available. Please note that Craftasmic has no control over such launch dates and should the manufacturer of a 'Pre-Order' item adjust the launch date previously set we will inform customers with pre-orders as soon as possible.

If you place an order at the same time for other items which are in stock, we will hold these items until such time as all pre-order items are available for dispatch.  All items will then be sent together via whichever delivery option you have selected and are dispatched in order of receipt.  If you would like to receive the items that are in stock sooner than the date pre-orders are dispatched, we would advise that you place a separate order for these items, which will then be dispatched immediately, in accordance with the delivery option you choose.

What are Backorders?

We strive to maintain good stock holding of all our products, but sometimes it’s possible for some items not to be in stock at the time you place your order.  Because of this we operate a special Backorder service on certain products.  Backorder products which are on display within our online shop will be clearly listed as 'Backorder' items and will always give an approximate date the product is expected to be delivered regardless of your chosen delivery service.  Backorder products will be specially ordered in for you and any additional information regarding this and the extra delivery time will be displayed just above the product price.

If you place an order at the same time for other items which are in stock, we will hold these items until such time as all backorder items are available for dispatch.  All items will then be sent together via whichever delivery option you have selected.  If you would like to receive the items that are in stock sooner than the date backorders are dispatched, we would advise that you place a separate order for these items, which will then be dispatched immediately, in accordance with the delivery option you choose.

Do you post Volatile / Restricted Products?

We regret that due to Royal Mail regulations, we are unable to deliver such items to European and International Countries.
