"Arrived well packaged however, luckily I had to open them to wrap individually as a gift and found each item to be dirty with grey marks over the handles. Two items were also rusty. As it was so close to Christmas I cleaned them myself but had I not needed them urgently as a gift they would have been returned."

"Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We will be checking this with the supplier, but will also check the handles for any marks before dispatching this stock and clean as necessary. We are however aware that these items do come with a protective metal clear grease type coating on the metal which can sometimes transfer to the handles and is easily cleanable as you have discovered. We also welcome any contact, any time of the year to help customers should they not be totally happy with any item chosen."
