Cosmic Shimmer Watercolours are a range of matt effect paints. The paints can be used on all types of craft projects. This set of watercolours are specially formulated without mica to give a beautiful matt effect with a non-iriidescent finish. Each colour is stored within its own holder within a palette with a hinged storage lid attached for easy use.
