Cosmic Shimmer Super Matt Varnish by Andy Skinner is a clear water based varnish that creates a robust protective flat matt coating on all your crafts and mixed media projects. This varnish can be used with either a brush, sponge, or a roller to apply onto your crafts.

Andy Skinner is an International Mixed Media Artist who is best known for his unique Industrial Gothic style. He has designed this Super Matt Varnish by Cosmic Shimmer for Creative Expressions. For best use, apply one coat and allow to dry, if necessary apply a second coat. This varnish takes 30 to 60 minutes to completely dry. It contains a new crosslinked polyurethane with advanced resin techology and can be used for interior and exterior surfaces. This varnish is UV blocking to stop your crafts fading over time and is perfect for use with other products within Andy Skinner's range.
