Creative Expressions - Cosmic Shimmer - Pearl Tints - Heavenly Pink has a precision nib for precise placement of the lacquer. Use the nozzle to create raised lines, shapes and dots or by using a soft flat brush this product can also be brushed over craft work to create a shimmery effect with a touch of dimension. This shimmer comes from the high density of mica in the mix and the lacquer is suitable for porous and non-porous surfaces. It is great for mixed media, card making, scrapbooking, etc. and can be used on card, paper MDF and much more.
