Cosmic Shimmer from Creative Expressions is a UK award winning brand and the Cosmic Shimmer Neon Polish Collection is no exception.  This is a water based, fast drying polish with a creamy mousse like consistency.  The bright vibrant polish have pots which incorporate the delivery system of the paste with a built in handle and sponge.  With many uses the polish can be used through masks to create backgrounds, as well, as highlighting embossed patterns and embellishments and are also ideal for home decor.  Just load a small amount of polish onto the sponge you are ready to give your project a beautiful neon effect finish.  If stamping, lightly spritz the stamp with water before polishing.  This polish can also be watered down for use in painting.
