Cosmic Shimmer from Creative Expressions is a UK award winning brand and the Cosmic Shimmer Lustre Polish Collection is no exception.  This is a water based, fast drying polish which contains mica flakes that will bring extra detail to designs.  The range of shades come in a Rainbow of bright colours for amazing results.  With many uses the polish can be used through masks to create backgrounds, as well, as highlighting embossed patterns and embellishments.  Once dry, the Lustre Polish background can be overstamped and heat embossed.   It can also be used to paint with when mixed with water.  These polishes are great for both the budding creative and the experienced crafter alike and just have to be added to your stash ready for that next mixed media or card project.
