Cosmic Shimmer from Creative Expressions is a UK award winning brand.  The Cosmic Shimmer Kaleidoscope Paint Collection is a unique water-based paint that enables special effects to be added to crafting projects, as each of the colours has sand added to them to give a highly textured effect.  Apply with a stencil brush to enhance the texture. After applying the colours dry brush over the top for a pearlescent effect.  Each Set contains 5 bottles of paint - 4 are textured and 1 is a pearlescent highlighter, which is always applied last to highlight the textured features and give the final piece an amazing look. The colours are truly brilliant and will really make your mixed media projects pop!
