Product Description

Cosmic Shimmer - Jamie Rodgers- Pixie Sparkles - Blue Wish will add shimmer and sparkle to all your projects. Gently puff the powder onto a wet surface or use with a wet brush to create amazing backgrounds, which will give a beautiful sparkly finish. The bottle contains a fine nozzle for ease of application, which is great for tapping out a small amount of powder and then spritz with water to watch stunning colours appear. The powders can also be used as a paint, maybe to highlight projects. The product is acid free and easily cleaned with soap and water.
