Cosmic Shimmer is a UK award winning brand and loved by crafters.  Their Cosmic Shimmer Chalk Cloud Blending Ink Collection is a water based ink which is great for blending and stamping.  Chalk Cloud Inks come in a range of soft colours and each pot contains a sponge base and a felt top.  These water based inks create matt chalk blending effects that show up beautifully on black or white card and the unique formulation gives smooth, even, seamless shading and blending and lovely crisp, clean stamped images, with just the right amount of ink being delivered each time.  The Chalk Clouds can be layered to create coloured backgrounds, stamping and can be used through masks.  You can even use with water to create a paint effect or dab onto mixed media projects.
