Product Description

Before using Cosmic Shimmer Masking Fluid shake well before use. Brush a thin coat of masking fluid onto your project. A little air can help stream the fluid into detail and break up any bubbles. For best results let each coat dry before applying ink or pixie powders. Drying times depend on humidity and temperature. Once dry apply ink and leave to dry. Just use a clean finger to rub off the masking fluid once the project is completely dry.
